Your feedback really does make a difference

Did you know you can provide feedback on the care we provide?

All you have to do is ask to fill out a Friends and Family Test card and you can say what went well and what you think can be improved. Your feedback goes straight to the people who’ve provided the service so they can take your views into account.friends and family test
